At Off The Record we have multiple people working on scaling a business whenever they've achieved product-market fit, and your role would be to be responsible for all CRM related activities for our scale-up clients.
Experience has learned you that by analysing the product and target audience of a business you can create and come up with multiple customer segments, personalized communication flows based on proved personas and audiences. Furthermore, you are comfortable with presenting your findings and improvements to senior management in an informal but professional setup. As we are a data-driven organisation, you get excited to test and fiercely optimise deeper down the funnel to see where you can improve customer retention, lifetime value and/or referral tactics to sustainably grow our client's userbase.
Not only do you know how customers flow through the entire product, but you also have a deep understanding to analyse behaviour while looking at the customer journey and to map out existing gaps, improvements and tactics to iterate to figure out winning experiments.
